Dear sir/madam, My name is Ravi Aananda from Patna.I belong to a middle lower class family. 4 months before I got a call regarding job in Patna from the company named as stepahead from times job situated at Delhi gurgaon.I had a word with their agent Saurav who told me to pay first 2100 rs for the registration to get job in Patna only.by borrowing from friends I paid the money I havereciept reciept of 2100 rs. I didn't get the job not even any interview nothing. Then again he called me to pay 5050 in a personal bank account, again I paid . till now I didn't got the job and the agent and company doesn't responds me. Sir I don't have extra money, so I request you to close this entire fraudulent. And I want my total money back.

Later every now and then, they call me and ask me to take other services without which my profile wont be receving attention. It has become a daily harassment by them to opt for other services and i availed so many services total worth rupees 13650.Please return back my money. And its been 1 month, I am not getting any interview calls from anywhere. Timesjobs have cheated me.i asked them to refund they are again telling me to avail remaining incomplete services to complete my timesjobs profile. I didn't get any benefits from their services and want my all money back. Why this company of international standards is cheating peoples, who will stop them from cheating? so many complaints are here, any action will be taken? I have recording of there conversation for proof, can I get all my refund?

Sir, I have purchased the a list of below services provided by Step Ahead (Times Job) and have not received any services by Times Job. Even after I register compaint to the [protected]@timesjobs.com I didn’t get any positive feedback yet. Totally I paid Rs 42350 and they are asking to pay 25000 again to get any service I had only planned to take the Resume Zapper only and all the other services were forced by agent from Step Ahead. After paid all the services they are not responding. Sometime I am receiving call from new agents for introducing Step Ahead, when I talk about them regarding the refund they disconnect the call. Kindly suggest how I can get my money back. the step ahead team started with around rs 1600 which later amounted to around rs. 28400/-, but did not give me a single benefit of a job or an interview call but gave me a nice covering letter for which I had to shell out a huge amount- on top of it, they wanted to refund but the staff was abusive and they asked for my A/C details of either SBI, ICICI, or PNB, they still havent refunded me- the A/C was almost empty thankfully they did not clean it out.

My name is Parth and on 21 June 2013 just paid 28, 4000 to times jobs and the guy over there promised me i[censored] paid these services ;we are committing to give the job abroad . you padi such huge ammount and we are bound to do the services what you taken and the team mate was Vishal Agnihotri and Sidharth Chandela . these are my order id 1198431, 1198463, 1198475, 1198501 they call me to take the only one order job seek order in 2750.00 /- and my suborder is 324583 and these are below is respective sub order. I have have the Recording of conversation also... I am very frustrated after victimised by a very good and big company who played with innocent job seekers and booked complain to stepahead team . they verified details and recording of our conversation and said money will refund to you ;but you have to follow the procedure for 20-30 working day and I got conformation from some Pooja Mam on mail on SEPTEMBER 2013... But still I got nothing and whenever I called to follow up they saying we are verifying . firstly the company people of times jobs - step ahead called me and asked me a sum of 11000rs for registration so that they would provide me with onsite job opportunities in dubai - golf countries which i paid, then again they called and asked for money again and again for further proceedings of my profile (22000 rs), then again they called and said that i have to pay an refundable amount of 14800rs which would be paid when i join the offered job. they kept on demanding money but i didn't get any job opportunity. in total i have paid them 33000rs but didn't got any job till now. so kindly pls help me in getting my money back. -

I received call from timesjobs.com on 09 march 2014 Mr. Pankaj was representative, he told me about step ahead service resume highlighter for Rs. 500. Initially I was adamant to activate this service but I decided to take chance of Rs 500 so finally I activate this service on 10 March 2014. I made a payment through debit card and order no .1358933. After some time one of their representative (name unknown) called me for verification purpose, he called me and said this call is for your verification of activated service. You need to follow the some procedure to generate customer ID and for verification. So he bring me again onto the stepahead service page and forced me to click on combo deal Magic zapper deal worth Rs. 5050 and forced me to do payment on saying that this is just a Demo purpose you need not to pay Rs. 5050, Not a single rupee will be deducted from your account this is my promise we are from timesjobs. He also explained why we do it, another person from account deprt also explained and convinced me to make payment but not your single money will be deducted this is just demo. So I believed on them and clicked on PROCEED TO PAY and made payment. After checking my account i found that amount is deducted from my account. I received email for activation of another combo deal service order no is 1359134. When I called one of them none of their person received call nor called back. This is total case of misleading to job seekers on the name of verification and generation of customer ID. I request you to please cancel my both the orders and i want my refund of money as soon as possible. All Customer executives representatives of timesjobs are cheaters. They cheat people just to achieve their targets. Pl take action against it Or I will take serious action against timesjobs and Mr. Pankaj. I want my MONEY BACK ASAP.

Recently got one call from stepahead and they said they will provide me a job within a month. For that you have to register with our site and pay amount(2750). then they will appoint one person, who will market my resume in various MNC to get the job. then i trust them and paid 2750. After that they transfer the call to another person, then he said your resume value is too low and if you pay 3850 then only we market your resume and they also said that this amount is refundable after getting job. then again pay the amount 3850. After again he transfer the call to another person, he said we will provide you some interview tips and question it will help you get the job, for that you have to pay 5200 + 8950 and they also said that this amount will be refundable within 24-48 hrs. then i paid this also. Still didn't get any service from times. i called 2-3 times they told me that you will get verification call shortly. Still didn't get any call from times. Also the amount was not refunded yet. I trusted the name of timesjobs bt i was bullied by ur executives..first
dey ask me for a payment of 1600 as the only amt to be paid for resume
zapper n we will offer ur resume to varios job offers..n told me this is
the only payment from u.i paid him den he transfered my call to other
person he ask me to pay 1400 until unless u wil not get any good offer for
resume upgradation..each of the executive told me this is d last penny u hv
to pay n den again another one told me to pay 2750 for relationship manager
wen i said no he told me we can not provide u any jobs as such..u have to
pay dis also..dey made fun of me and my emotions sir and completely lied to
me..sir i[censored] give me a package of 5000 or 6000 dats a different thing
bt lying to me for money is completely unacceptable..i request to
refund my money else i have to take serious action against
ur firm..i want an call from u on urgent basis else i have to tke a serious
action against you..call me on on urgent basis..didnt expected such a behaviour from timesjobs.

I have requested for resume services from StepAhead.com which Timesjob group. I have paid Rs.500 extra for turnaround the my complete resume in 48 hours.

But even after 48 hours no body called and my resume is also not ready. When i asked StepAhead, they reply that will allocate resource within 48 hours for preparing my resume and that is what they meant which is completely cheating.

They have not specifically mentioned that in the website. Please do not get carried away with their terms.

These guys have cheated me lyk anythng.after making payment of 2750 frm my debit crd,they said tht i will get confirmation mails n call,within 7 days,bt i didnt got anythng,on contrary ,afgtr makng rigoroud approaches they sent a total vacancies of 7 employers in a single mail,which ws none of my use.
It seems tht my money is lyk an illegitimate piece of paper.
plz sir/ mam do somethng in my favour.
