My self Harnish Mandora from Palanpur- Gujarat.
We visited sterling hospital- Memnagar branch of Ahmedabad on dated 27th of Dec 2021 due to bypass surgery of my relatives.
At that time our consulting Dr Name of Jaydip A Ramani .
He checked the patient & do some reports there & after medical reports he was suggested we operate the patient after 2 days because right now patient situation was not find good & also infections in lungs.
But on second day early morning call received from sterling hospital & says us for operation.
But how it is possible for patient to ok in next days.
But after operation patient situation is getting very disturb & observed some modules of cancer in lungs.
It means totally wrong treatment provide by that doctor & patient conditions now severe.
His family was getting very disturbed & also came from poor background.
Due to that we again visited sterling on dated 13th May of 2022 & meet to Doctors team name of Dr Anand & Abhishek & one another doctor are there.
We explained all things to them & they promised we go through with this case & reply you in next 3 days.
But within 4 days they not responded so we call so that time receptionists Mrs Shivani always says doctor are not available.
After all I strictly talk her then she transfer call to Dr Anand .I talked with Dr Anand but she give me very bed response & suggested you go Amy where & if want then go with lawyer.
Pls look in this matter & take strict action against this kind of doctors who play with patient life.
We know motto of sterling hospital is life matters how we trusted sterling.
At last I request you pls reimburse total expenses to patients due to this kind of major mistakes.
I wish you give us positive reply us .
