Madam / Dear Sir,

My wife Shagun Goel Room No 403 admitted at gurukul road branch on 2 april 2024 10.00 pm around, i have one son age 5 years, at admin desk they inform me kids not allowed i told them i have no one if you give permission then only i will get admit, they took permission and asked me to write consent form which i have written and submitted to him.

Next day on 3 april, i took my son with me for bath to my home around 11.30 am, when i come back gaurd (paresh) ask me if you have permission as he told i have no message, i told yes i have i have given consent also then he ask me to meet at reception desk i went and met she told me you were moving with repeatedly that why he send to him i told first time i went out and came in and when i was going to room he ask what receptionist told angrily i told him i just went one time why you lied that i have take my son for more than 1 times. Then whole day my son did not come out of my floor.

Next day on april 4, my son was in the room and floor for whole day i did not took him out.

Next day on 5 april, again i took with out me with first day when i came back again same gaurd paresh ask me, i told him i have permission. At evening i inform my floor manager that kindly inform the gaurd he is also asking me and also i complaint him about relative bedsheet was not changed at morning. First time i took my son to canteen at night and came back to room.

Today on 6 april, my son did not come out of floor, and suddenly floor gaurd came he told me he got call from same gaurd paresh and he is asking me about my permission, i went to my floor manager he aslo told me he dont know about my permission and he given call at reception desk, my manager told they also dont know, he then call the admin office and enquired about my permission. I got angry and frustrated from this lack of communication and same gaurd harassing me. Also today my bedsheet not changed, I asked my floor manager where to complaint, he told me to meet at reception desk. I went i ask to provide me procedure for complaint she asked the matter which i refused to speak to her just i told her i want to complaint, she gave me unregistered book to write down and then i started to explain my issue she got call regarding me only, then same girl accepted i have permission but to my floor manager at reception team told they dont know.

For four days i am leaving they are saying they dont know when i started to complain everybody knows and say you have permission.

The way i am treating here not good regarding permission of my son. I really wanted upper management to know the issue. Kindly also issue pass for child like there is pass for every thing.

Once again repeatedly i was questioned i did not like one time okay per every day and ground guard today called and asked floor gaurd to enquire even my son did not come out of floor directly not fair. If was happening any issue it should inform senior it has been 4 days i am in hospital.

I cant express more but i do feel harassed. I don't get what purpose today of ground gaurd to call from ground and ask me about pass as today my son did not come out of floor. Every day is enquiring me about my child permission i get so many people he not remember but today i did took him with me then why he called and asked. I feel he was having some issue with me even for fruit pass one gaurd but again he rechecked i feel i was targeting by him so many gaurd present but only one gaurd parvesh was having issue with me.

Please issue pass for child also. So next time same issue is not there

    I inform to you that the nursing staff you have in radiation oncologist is not well trained in your Sterling hospital sindhu bhavan. I have bad experiance on dated 20.02.2024 of your nursing staff during the PET CT Scane at that time your nursing staff not proper basic knowledge or basic technique for IV Cannulation because your nursing staff was repeateadly removing and inserting IV Cannulation and also my hand became very swollen and the pain was also becoming unbearable and extreme. So, I humbly request to management please proper arranginh training for new admission nursing staff and later he should be allow to work. I humbly request to you that please take the action against this matter.

      During my OT for orthopedic treatments as admitted on 11.2.24 Dr Rupesh mehta assigned doctor.
      Done first visit on 12.2 and informed about OT and say as there is dilemma for fracture fixation by external wire or Inside plate.
      Agreed for OT based he will confirm during OT but after Mr. Rupesh notconsulting after OT. After lots of following and call he said he has no time explanation what he treated in OT as he has lots of patients.
      Same informed to customer representative Vaishali but still doctor team not explained and after 4 day hospitalization on last day doctor come and say discharged. No internal inspection also done.

          They all discriminate with the patient, in rediation department assistant officers do discriminate with patients they let their relatives go first even they late but we who are came on time we want wait hours and hours, we also are patient but we want to stay in pain so plz solve this problem.

            I'm from rajkot and my uncle is under treatment right now, we are two people and only one allowed in hospital I mean atleast let us stay in waiting area they are just throwing everyone out of hospital like only one person allowed at time where should we in this heat, my home is far away so I can't even go there and sometimes even they need two relatives one to stay with patient and one for billing, medicine etc. Things still they treat us like garbage. Do something about it.

              Dear sir,

              My self Harnish Mandora from Palanpur- Gujarat.

              We visited sterling hospital- Memnagar branch of Ahmedabad on dated 27th of Dec 2021 due to bypass surgery of my relatives.
              At that time our consulting Dr Name of Jaydip A Ramani .
              He checked the patient & do some reports there & after medical reports he was suggested we operate the patient after 2 days because right now patient situation was not find good & also infections in lungs.
              But on second day early morning call received from sterling hospital & says us for operation.
              But how it is possible for patient to ok in next days.
              But after operation patient situation is getting very disturb & observed some modules of cancer in lungs.
              It means totally wrong treatment provide by that doctor & patient conditions now severe.
              His family was getting very disturbed & also came from poor background.
              Due to that we again visited sterling on dated 13th May of 2022 & meet to Doctors team name of Dr Anand & Abhishek & one another doctor are there.
              We explained all things to them & they promised we go through with this case & reply you in next 3 days.
              But within 4 days they not responded so we call so that time receptionists Mrs Shivani always says doctor are not available.
              After all I strictly talk her then she transfer call to Dr Anand .I talked with Dr Anand but she give me very bed response & suggested you go Amy where & if want then go with lawyer.
              Pls look in this matter & take strict action against this kind of doctors who play with patient life.
              We know motto of sterling hospital is life matters how we trusted sterling.
              At last I request you pls reimburse total expenses to patients due to this kind of major mistakes.

                Hello There,

                For my father's cancer treatment we came to the Sterling hospital baroda, and there as dr suggested we did CT scan report, the issue is,

                THE CT SCAN REPORT SHOWED VERY STRENGE RESULT, IT SHOWED LESION IN RIGHT UPPER LOBE (RUL), BUT LAST MONTH MY FATHER HAD LOBECTOMY OPERATION AND REMOVED RUL, SO HOW CAN LESION APPEARED ON RUL.

                This is clear mistake and very critical one from the lab at Baroda. And due to this mistake we had to do PET scan. So overall they wasted 2-3 days which caused delay in treatment and also waste of money for reporting (ct scan and pet scan).

                Report done at : 25-March-22

                So as a first step I am complaining through this hospital channel. to take string action against lab supervisor and refund the report cost and speed up my father's treatment.

                If I will not get any resolution from this channel then I will have no other choice but to escalate this issue to consumer forum as well as media.

                    My father was admitted and at the time of discharge, we were presented the final bill along will cashless approval letter ( final authorized ), based on rules it was clearly mention to the hospital to not take 10% discount amount from the patient ( 10% discount amount on total bill which comes out to be 62, 000+ Rs ). They said as per sterling policy discounted amount will be provided in form of cheque on patient's name post 2 months. Now the cheque has arrived of just 6440 Rs that too this amount was taken in access and hence the same as been refunded. But what about that 10% discount, they were suppose to give on day of discharge itself but the billing team clearly told that hospital will provide discount post 2 months complete discount amount. Now they are denying it that they will not provide. I have all letters bills with me and will surely escalate this higher level

                      We are here treatment under own company cashless services and as that we only ask your very kind doctor for some advise to can we also required doctor certificate and your very sincerely doctor say in very kindly speeches.. :-
                      We are not open some "dhar-maj"... We are patient pay doctor and hospital fee not here for free service... We do cashless /cash payment is does not effect hospital so your received both option payment so i advised every question of patient give very kindly we here are pay for service and your kindly stuff give pay service not free service so think Mr. Starling hospital bhayli .. All stuff...
                      I see here for 5 day constantly and i see no one actually care about their on duty.

                      My main topic is...

                      We are here for not free service so be kindly behavior... It doesn't matter we pay you form insurance company/ our own account it doesn't matter for you in your account if you get money then what real problem sir... So next time sir i like to give very kindly answer. We are here for service and we pay...

                        Dear Sir / Madam,
                        My name is Prasad Maruti Kanase, my 8 year old daughter has been admitted to your Sterling Multispeciality Hospital Bhel Chowknigadi Authority for treatment of dengue on PICU 310/2 bed from 8.30 pm on 21st July 2021.
                        Last night on Sunday 25th July 2021 at 11.00 pm, my daughter was showing pulse oxymeter reading 94. I pointed it out to the sister who was on that shift. The answer was that reading should be above 93. After some time, when reading comes to 90, I will point them out again. At that time they were answering, reading while the baby was asleep. When I took a photo of that reading, I called a doctor on the phone and told him that the oxymeter reading of achievement was 90 but I heard and saw him but he did not want to leave his place and come to the patient.
                        When I looked at the girl's hand with the oximeter, I noticed that the oxymeter had moved a little to the side in her sleep.i did properly set the oxymeter in her thumb then reading shoen 96 yo 98
                        It took 15 minutes for all these incidents but the sisters kept looking at the mobile in their place. They did not feel the need to come to the patient.
                        My complaint is that in an intensive care unit like PICU, such irresponsible behavior is dangerous and hurts people's faith in the hospital. Some action is expected.

                          I am sukhdevi rathod. EMP no[protected]. I was a staff nurse at sterling hospital memnagar for 2 year.
                          I submitted my resign on 18 jan 2021.
                          At first they are not accepting my resignation and after long request they accept my resign.and now it been a 5 month of resign they are not providing experience certificate so i request to HR Manager bina patel. Kindly sign experience certificate and provide me soon as possible because i want to join new job and without that certificate i won`t get job.

                              Five times is my complaint. There is no rule of negligence in canting at Rajkot Stalling Hospital. And the dietician does not come every day as per the diet chart and is two hours late. This complaint is not only from me but all the patients here are worried about the canteen. I am also ashamed. My mother is brought to Sutling. It's a shame if management can't do that. And the management of the hospital has the same job. Make a bill and make a call and pay the bill...

If I don't take action on my complaint now, according to the patient, the meal does not come on time. I am not allowed to eat for 2 hours. Dhanshyam Bhai The people of Maine Management do not answer the call and I am now complaining in the court.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I was hospitalized in sterling cancer hospital, Boadakdev, Sindhubhavan Road, Ahmedabad from[protected] to[protected]. I had a Covid policy of Rs 5, 00, 000/- (Sum insured) I clearly asked hospital team regarding charges and they told me not to worry and they will charge within limit of government rules.
                                  Pl. be noted that my bed was with oxygen facility only and I never required to take oxygen. I was neither admitted in ICU nor with ventilator.
                                  I have filed all the documents to insurance company for reimbursement of expenses.
                                  Insurance company has deducted around Rs. 1.82 Lakh from my total expenses.
                                  I was following them since long for Justification deduction of amount. Finally, they provided me the circular of Charges which can private hospital charge for Covid treatment.
                                  Looking to my severe condition they got benefit and charged Rs. 25, 000/- per day for room charges only (Doctor and nursing charges have been charged extra). I was repeatedly asking about charges.
                                  Hospital have charged beyond limit given by government (As per circular of Ahmedabad Municipal commissioner Dated:[protected] and I found myself frauded/cheated by them. They got benefit of my health/mental condition due to Covid.
                                  In this epidemic situation, hospital has cheated me.
                                  It was not expected from reputed hospital like Sterling.
                                  This is my humble request you to reimburse balance amount Which hospital has charged illegally.

                                    Breakfast and juice do not come on time to the patient in the number 515 in the spell room, I do not like the service. Doctors do not come on time for checkups. I hoped the treatment would go well but it didn't

                                      This is to inform you that Mrs. Jayshree Patel was admitted due to Covid-19 on 11.03.21 at Sterling Hospital, Vadodara.. & It was a very Pathetic service provided by Hospital..

                                      Our understanding & purpose behind to admit in such a reputed hospital named of " Sterling Hospital of Vadodara" is just to make ourself stress free in terms of Medically Treatment as well service & hospitality which they provided to client but it was just deplorable..

                                      I agreed that medically treatment offered to patience was absolutely perfect but again at what cost?? Main concern is staff & other service which patience has to be received on Day to Day basis.. Food was extremally unbearable. I understand that it was offered as per patient condition & as per doctor's recommendation but at least it has to be eatable.. If Hospital has charged 22k per day cost for semi -special class then atleast some juice, milk & other supplementary which patience require in some extra quantity then it has to be fulfilled.. For cleanness is also not maintaining properly.. Support staff was also not listen & act required things Timely.. Patient has to remind staff frequently & they come back to patient after 2-3 hours..

                                      All above matter which I would like share is completely not acceptable.. If patient was paid some cost against treatment then proper service & comfortness has to be in placed..

                                      Also Adding that the cost which Hospital are taking against covid treatment is extremely unbearable.. where other hospital with same category are charging half price with extra ordinally service & treatment.. We have almost 7-8 patience from family & friend who had taken treatment from Sterling hospital, Vadodara are not at all satisfied with the services..

                                      I urge that we need to get compensation again this heartbreaking experience..

                                        Patient ID-6014712, Akshaykumar B.Bhandut at Sterling, Bhayli, Vadodara.Date of admission-28/02/2021, Dischsrge-04/03/2021.I have undergone surgery for hernia and gall bladder removal by Dr.Nayan Swadia.Although I am prepared to pay all medical charges, the bill summary shows very high non- medical charges for e.g.71000/=administrative charges.When I am paying for all medical charges why should I pay for non-medical charges and which are not defined.I will be taking discharge in few hours and hence you are requested to kindly intervene and instruct the hospital not to charge any non-medical charges which are not relevant to my surgery
