I Jawahar lal Mehta purchased two teak tree from Sterling Tree Magnum India Ltd. in Sept.1994 worth rs. 1475/-each vide application no G107299 and certificate no D1382 the maturity date is Sept.2014. No response from this side nor any payment .I sent many correspondence, Email, complaints on this company. His sister concern is Sterling Holidays Resorts. I wrote to this company about this cheating company. They told me that they will pay you rs.40000/- only and closed this chapter. I have not accepting his condition because STM committed Rs.144000/- as per Easy Retirement Teakquity Certificate. Please look into this matter and refunding amount as soon as possible.

Please tell me what the procedure of getting the refund money from Sterrling Tree Magnum India Ltd purchased of two teak tree in the year 1992 my application number GR107 and certificate number is D1322

The Sterling Tree Magnum India Ltd.(STM) My Application number is G107299 instead of GR107 and My Certificate number is D1382 instead pf D1322 please rectify this error
