Hello. I had purchased 1 tree from STM, Certificate No J32063. On maturity, nothing has been received and no call or response from the company. Please help resolve this issue and help get the maturity payment.

What to do now, some one has to take action and solve

I Jayvadan chandulal chapadia purchased 15 teak tree from Sterling Tree Magnum India Ltd. in October 1995 worth rs. 1475/-each vide application no G147084 and certificate no B2138 the maturity date is April 2015 No response from this side nor any payment .
I heard about company giving back invested amount and i had sent my papers copy but the address was not found and i got my latter back from courier. As Company not present at mentioned address.

We have 5 Teakwood tress in the year 1997 and it is been matured on 2017. Trying to claim the money. Need information to contact the company

My father has invested in this sterling tree project .He opened this account in my name; Siny Sebastian on 28/2/93 by purchasing 1 teak tree.

The application number is 22162. The certificate number is T48848 and it expired on 27/02/2013. There was no returns of interest nor the principle amount from the company's side.

Still now we have not received any further information from the company.
Kindly help me in this regard to get back the money . Thank You.

I had purchased a teak trees (15trees) worth rs. 2950/tree, on 29/4/1995 and its maturity date is 26/04/2015 with assured mid term payments 6th year and 12th year and maturity payments but not received single rupee from date of payment.

I expect a note from the company giving details of the current status along with the interim payments promised at the end of the 6th and 12th year.

No response from this side nor any payment .I sent many correspondence, Email, complaints on this company. His sister concern is Sterling Holidays Resorts. I wrote to this company about this cheating company. They told me that they will pay you...

I have purchased One Teak Tree for Rs.1775/- vide application no. R 20418 dated 15.01.1996 ( Maturity : 14.01.2016) and One Teak Tree for Rs.1825/- vide application no. D 0306556 dated 05.06.1997 ( Maturity : 04.06.2017). Till date there is neither a single line of communication from the company nor have they paid interim returns in two instalments as committed. The maturity amount committed is Rs.97, 500/- per tree. I am doubtful about the final payment receivable as per the dates mentioned above. Please help me to receive the returns on maturity. I purchased 2 teak trees under Easy Retirement Teak Equity plans and invested Rs.2550/- on 19th May 1994. We were issued certificate nos. E5385. The scheme was scheduled for maturity on 18th May 2014. As per the certificate, I am guaranteed 37.5 cft /1.06 cu mtr of Timber per tree. These trees were said to planted at Maruthangulam Village, Kalathur Group, Tiruchuli Talik, Tirupuvanam Sub Registration District Sivaganga, Registration District, kamarajar district in the lands to an extent of 11.53 acres bearing the Survey nos. 42/1b, 42/2.

As per the scheme an amount of Rs 1600 was due in 6 th year to me i.e. in Year 2000 and Rs 7200/- due to me in 12 th Year i.e. in 2006. I did not get any amount till them till date. We even went to their Delhi office, but found their premises locked. We traced their address to M/s Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd, New No. 2, Viswanathapuram, 1st Street, Rangarajapuram, Kodambakkam, Chennai-600024 basis a notice published in " The Hindu" news paper, Vijayawada Edition on 22nd Apr 2008. I sent a communication to them on their new address on 19th Jun 2008 for updating my new address and for non receipt of interim benefits. But have got no revert from them till date. I assume that this is one of those scores of fraudulent finance companies who swindle public of their hard earned money by taking help of gaps in system.

I may be updated on current status of any legal cases about this issue as I find that there are scores of people like me who lost their money. Also guide me how to get back my money.
