[Resolved]  Sterling Tree Magnum Ltd. — Non payment of interim returns & fraud by Sterling Tree Magnum

I have invested Rs 3550/ by cheque dt 21/11/95 in 2 teak trees as per the scheme vide certificate no. I 4905 maturing on 20/11/2015 .According to the said certificate, Ist interim return was payable on 20/11/2001 and 2nd on 20/11/2007, but nothing paid.The whereabouts of STM is not known, but repored having committed fraud with investors.Also learnt that Rakshna Consumers Association, Samalkot(AP) has filed complaint in court till High Court.Such fraud companies needs to be taken to the task.I would like to join the NGO/Forums to fight against such frauds.DILIP[protected][protected]@gmail.com
