Hi,
I need to tell you that i purchased my bag on 9th june 2016 from your noida sector -18 outlest from dlf mall of india. My invoce no is 954 and my cin no is u51900mh2007plc174470, cst no is #[protected]c (Same as cst no). As i can see some marks on my bag which was not visible while purchasing or can say that it was not that noticeable at purchasing time. Now as i bought my bag home, i can see many marks and sctratches on my bag. So please suggest me what is the best thing i can doo now. I bought my bag for rs 5599/-and i guess it was on discount. So please suggest me how to exchange or how to take my money back. Is it possible that i can visit near by stores and can exchange my bag? Or do i need to visit noida again. My personal choice would be to visit select city outlet or ur dlf promenade outlet which is near by to my place. Please suggest me as soon as possible.
