Steve Madden India — Im complaining about flat slippers

I purchased this pink slipper for Rs 5500 hardly a month back and just wore it once and the leather of it has started coming out… i went to the store at jio mall from where i had purchased and they were like this comes under wear and tear … a 5500 slippers gets weared and teared in just one time wear is very disappointing…. I would request u to pls return my money back as the quality is not gud at all …

We bought a 13 k boots ftom Ajio and sunthrtic leather began coming off in one usage. To top it, AJIO had described it genuine leather ipper wheras the bpot on its sole has mentioned ot synthetic upper. Disappointed.
