I purchased a shoe from Steve Madden online India website ...it did not fit well so was returned.
It's been 10 days but no refund has been received in my account moreover the shoe is also with the company back to their warehouse...my money is stuck and no resolution till now!
I am fed up with this service as their customer care in India is very rude and slow. They keep asking to wait and wait.
