They have effectively swindled me out of the money i paid for a show i order from the website a week ago. There has been no change in the status of the order and as mentioned above there is no way of contacting steve madden india for updates. The site also does not provide the option of cancelling your order and collecting a refund. This is completely unethical behavior and not something one can expect from an international brand with worldwide presence. Mails to steve madden international have also gone unanswered.
