I applied for form filling job through click india. On very next moment i received a call and explain the job details such as to fill 1500 forms in 10 days with 90%accuracy and salary would be rs 30, 000 i. E. Rs 20 per form. He asked for my id proof email id alternate contact no. Through whatsapp no. And said i need to register through app.
Few minutes later i received mail from karan kumar ([protected]@gmail.com) with two attached pdf files, one of sample work and the other of stm company.
He sent the app link on my whatsapp no. Through this no. ([protected]) after downloading the app executive called and said to upload signature and photo through app. Few minutes later i received another mail and this time from agreement department ([protected]@gmail.com). I was literally shocked!!! It contained contract agreement with stm company with my photo and signature on it without my knowledge and approval. I realised that i was the victim of job fraud/job scam but i still started the work. Also the address mention is. : 324, galaxy emperdia, warud road, aurangabad. Maharashtra 431005.
Then as i summited the forms then they showed that the accuracy was less as they aspected and on the very next day i received a call from an advocate shreyas agarwal ([protected]) and he also emailed me for the same and said that your sfile is received and we are filing a case against you for not paying the amount. Then he said you need to pay rs12500/-as a penalty amount. As i asked to give some time so they denied. Then he make his senior call to me for the same concern and next call i received was from advocate kr mane and he asked me to sattled down out side the court just by paying rs10000/-. Today aslo i received a mail from there end stating legal notice against me from [protected]@gmail.com
After that i stated searching on internet then i comes to know that it was fraud and there were many complains lugged against this company.
Please help me in this situation.
Hope my complaint gets resolved as soon as possible.
Also strict action should be taken against such fraudulent companies
