This company is playing with the innocent persons befooling them that they will provide job work and pay rupees 30000 if they meet the requirements provided by them.
But after accepting their proposal they ask for an id and signature by the help of their agreement software which is also provided by them on mail to download and install and upload the documents and signature.
After uploading they without knowing the person, send an agreement on a fake stamp paper of rupees hundred mentioning all the terms and conditions which are beneficial to them only.
After the work has been completed by the person within 10 days 1500 entries, if the entries are also correct the auto software which had been used by the fraud stm company makes auto error showing that less than 1350 entries are correct so now the person has to to pay the penalty amount of rupees 4500 to the company. They provide a fake letter also that now no dues are pending but after sometime again calls are coming from so called fake advocates that the company has filed a case against you and now you have to pay the penalty amount to them to settle the case outside the court otherwise they will drag you in the court. After providing the amount also for settling the case outside they still threaten after and after that your case has not been closed you have to come in the court. After lower court they are saying that in the arbitrary court there your case will be reopen if you not pay the next amount.
There calls are harassing, threatening and every type of activity they are using to harras the person for extracting money.
They send fake legal notices on mail and even at home address.
I myself paid more than 67000 rupees and still they are harassing and threatening me on phone.
We all have to take strict action against this fraud company so that the persons who are really in need of money they don't get involved in these types of fake companies.
So called manager of this company is alok verma and all the staff are also associated to this fraud whether the staff whether the officers are the associates all are involved in this fraud and doing fraud openly without any fear of law or anyone.
We all must complain cyber crime department in delhi as well as in aurangabad for the future proceedings to arrest this company.

Sir I have taken work from stm company n due to some region I cancelled the agreement n everytime a new person call n ask for money for closing the data so they taken around 65000 from me n said everything is settled bt after one month again they call me today n said you have to pay 30000 security amount for closing.. otherwise legal action will be taken agaist u like secession 74 74 76 sir plz help

Sir few months a ago i have join online form filling company. At first they told tha you have fill 1500 forms in 10 days which is impossible and they also said that if you fail you have to pay 4500 rupees to company which refundable but when i fail they said that pay 9500 as their is the charge of court also i paid that amount then they said pay 60000 otherwise your noc send to the court i pay that then they said you are free from this but after that few weeks ago they started blackmailing pay this much amount otherwise we will send to the court your case

Sir flex enterprise situated in aurangabad make agreement without my permission. They told me if i not work they will take legal action against me and they will case me in court
They take my signature and aadhar card after that i said them to cancel my registration they don't cancel... They give me noc too... And i paid 5000 rs too.. But they claim 32000...

I was looking for part time job on quikar.com app which is 03.07.2019) i got an unknown phone call from female executive ziya khan. For part time job online form filling job. She asked for my id proof email id alternate contact no. Through what's app no and said i need to register through app. I was shocked it contract with stm company with my signature on it without my knowledge and approval. I realized that was the victim of job fraud /job scam. I did some research on internet and found many complaints against the company. Also the address mentioned happens to be addresse of many other companies such as frontech etc.
Address : 324, galaxy emperia, warud road, aurangabad. Maharashtra 431005. I found many compliments against frontech also. I was now sure that company is fraud. And few fraud advocate my case fear seeing to my 64500 rupees pay. I refund my money. Please help me in this situation. Hope my compliments gets resolved as soon as possible. Also strict action should be taken against such fraud companies.

I have already seen any complaint against STM company this company is big fraud and make people fool by calling them and assigning a 1500 forms to finish in 10 days and promise them to give money make frad agreements i too suffered the same and now they are saying that the pdf they send to me, to open that i need to pay them though i have also talked with them rough but, many people had suffered a lot i request you all to help and do something againnst and file a complaint against this company

I applied for some work from home data entry jobs on quickr - 27/june/2019. Same day i started getting calls for such job offers. I got an unknown phone call (No.[protected]) from male executive for part time online form filling job. He asked for my id proof email id alternate contact no. Through whatsapp no.[[protected]]and said i need to register through app.
Few minutes later i recived call from same person, he sent the app link on my whatsapp no. After downloading the app executive called and said to upload signature through app. Few minutes later i received another call and this time from agreement department. I was literally shocked!!! It contained contract agreement with stm company with my signature on it without my knowledge and approval. I am started work with they will sended my project user –id & password. This company offered me filling 1500 forms for 20rs each, total of 30, 000/- in 10 days.
They said that if i fail to get an accuracy less that 90%, then i'll not get any salary and i'll have to pay a registration amount of rs 4500. After i completed the work and submitted it, a qc report was generated which indicated that my accuracy in the work was less than 90%. When i checked the report and forms, if felt like there were mistakes that were purposefully made after my submission, because most of the mistakes were not mine since i'd checked each and every form twice while filling it. After i received qc report, then enquiry to help line ([protected], [protected]) what is the next process. She said you will receive call from my head office. Within an hour, i get a call from some advocate (1st) saying that he has received a file from stm company filing a complaint against me and if i don't want them to proceed this case i'll have to pay an amount of rs 4500/- before 04.00 pm the same day & send it screen shot through his mail-id ([protected]@gmail.com). Then i have paid 4500rs & sended its screen shot.
Next day same advocate calling to me and says stm company will provide to you 2nd project, this time you will not get 90% accuracy in filling the forms, then you can pay 4500rs penality in aurangabad court, so if you not interested in project then you can pay 18980rs for cancellation of contract. Then i paid 18980rs and sended its screen shot, after few minutes i received call from anther adocate (2nd) and he says another 5600rs you have to pay this is the last and final amount and also said you will receive one otp. So i am paid 5600rs (Total 24580rs for cancellation of contract) & sended its screen shot but i didn’t receive any otp, after that they will sended to mail noc certificate of 24850rs, and said cancellation of contract certificate will send to you after few days.
Next days same advocates (1st & 2nd) calling to me and says you will to pay another 14580rs for cancellation of contract certificate and come to aurangabad court for give your signature and take your contract cancellation certificate. If your not able to come please send blank white paper with your signature on passport size photo and screen shot of 14580rs amount.
Then i realised that i was the victim of job fraud/job scam. Then i said not paying any more, after 20mins another advocate (3rd person) called to me & cancellation of contract certificate is ready for dispatching your home address, so you can pay 5500rs for courier charges through bank account, otherwise i take action. I said not paying any more.
These is the till date story with stm company and advocates. They've been calling and messaging again and again to blackmail (Which they took by cheating like they took from other people).
Finally i am going to given complaint in police station with all proof’s.

on 1 july 2019 i have received theie calls and emails and from next day they have sended me the work .nd last day on 12 july 2019 i hv submitted the work.and today on 13 july i made a call to helpline department nd a female talked me very rudeky saying that we have sended u the report check it.there is a lot of mistake in the forms.by seeing these i have search on internet about these company and seen a lot of complaints about these company.
so i am also get trapped by these company.
today or tommorow they will ask me about money the contarct bt finally the contart was fraud then how come i will give them sir.
i am a student someone told me about part time working jobs thats why i have searched on clikindia and by mail i have seen these add nd they called me and without about information. they signed a contract.
i am very poor student sir studying. ihave done this for my fees.

Hello sir, this is mandar bhise. I received a home based job call from the stm company which provides form filling job. Karan named executive company called me for the job and he said there will be 1500 forms filling in 10 days and said will give 30000 after submission by deducting 4500 as a registration fees. Also they send me fake agreement letter and acceptance letter.
After completion of work i submitted my work on 07th july 2019 but they mailed me that your quality report failed and i have to pay penalty regarding that and after that i got a call from person and he said u were unable to pay penalty so we are going to file a case against you.. So i payed 4500 to the company. Then i received call from noc department saying i[censored] want to close agreement you need to pay. When i refused the are saying that see u in a court.. And i was just doing job to earn. This company is big time fraud. I also have lost my valuable 4500 rs. Kindly check and revert and help me please to get back my money.

I was literally shocked!!! It contained contract agreement with stm company with my photo and signature on it without my knowledge and approval.
I realised that i was the victim of job fraud/job scam. I did some research on internet and found many complaints against the company. Also the address mentioned happens to be address of many other companies such as frontech etc.

Today i got another call from a female Exucative and she said that they send my work in my Gmail and suddenly they cut the phone call after again i contacted helpline numbers [protected], [protected] in order to cancel my registration. Female executive responded that i need to pay rs. 4500/- for cancellation and contact helpline email id - [protected]@gmail.com.
I have sent the email for registration cancellation but so far no update from company's side.
Please help me in this situation.
Hope my complaint gets resolved as soon as possible.
Also strict action should be taken against such fraudulent companies.

of work from home.She said about the work that i have to fill 1500 forms within 10 days and I agreed.Later she gave me a link of a software to download and told to sign on that.A few minutes later without my permission they pasted that sign on a agreement paper which was between me and that company and literally I was shocked.Then they gave forms on 20 june 2019 and I started my work.On 29 june I got to know there were many fraud cases have been filed against them on consumer complaints.So on that day itself I mailed them that i want to cancel my agreement.Since there was no reply from their side, next day i.e. on 30 june 2019 I submitted my forms 1410 out of 1500 since it was the last date to submit my forms.Even after this there was no reply from them.On 2 july 2019 there was a mail from a advocate Ashok Desai(desaiashok.[protected]@gmail.com) stating that since you are cancelling your agreement you have to pay company utility charges as per the agreement, otherwise I will file a case upon you.I didn't reply to them but on 4 july 2019 I got three message to my number from advocate associate that case has been filed upon you and we will give you a last chance to pay the utility charges.The amount to be paid is Rs.12510/- within evening otherwise they will approving the case on court. I am scared.So please help me.
