Stock Holding Corporation Of India — rbi sovereign gold bonds

I have done a wire transfer to stock holding corporation of india for investment in rbi souverign gold bonds.

I have not got any acknowledgement from them confirming receipt of money.

Many times i tried to contact them in their phone no.[protected]. There is no response for nearly a month.

Once, i was fortunate that a female staff picked up the phone, got my bank transaction details and asked me to call again after 2 hours. After that, i have been trying them several times over phone.

I have also sent mail and a reminder to their customer service.

Their regional office at chennai and their city office at madurai were also contacted. And they were not ready to help. They suggested to contact mumbai office only.

I do not know the date of the money.

Please help and advise me whom i shall take it up with.
