Re:-. Cust.ID 22151875 non Dematerialisation of shares submitted, also not returned back till date

I had submitted The shares of Bajaj Auto, Bajaj Holding and Bajaj fin serv. For Dematerialisation with Your Branch situated at Jangli Maharaj road Pune in 2018.
Now it is about two year or more time has elapsed, the only Bajaj fin serv. Shares have been dematerialised but what happened with other two portfolios? Niethr it is dematerialised nor it is returned Back.
On enquiring with your same office they say that it will be returned on your address pleae wait. Now it is more than two years time
Please do the needful and see that the shares get either dematerialised or returned to me
