[Resolved] Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund — Customer care complaint. | |||
Kind Attention - Amit Kumar TL & Customer care manager. Firstly I am absolutely disappointed with your most pathetic customer service staffs. This day I really regret of choosing Birla sun life mutual fund for my financial planning’s, and I assure you that I will never come back to this company for any damn thing. And I will also make sure to tell my such a bad experience with your company. Now my problem – I have some units invested in BSLMF frontline equity plan G. I went online to redeem my unit as the markets were on 1 yrs high. To my surprise I see that you guys are applying me the NAV for 17-Oct though I am redeeming all my units today ??? I was shocked ….. Because I wanted to get the NAV for today 18-Oct. All worried... I called up your call centre and spoke to Harvinder Singh. (this was my biggest mistake) He was so confused with his own product that he couldn't give me an answer till the market closing. I insisted him to double check with a supervisor as online information was something totally different. He was so dumb, couldn't speak properly and I had to explain all my grievances again and again. By the time he came with the answer, it was already late and I HAD MISSED THE GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY because of your staffs carelessness and lack of product information. I don’t know what type of people are recruited in this company and what training is provided by you all. Next I called again to complaint and spoke to Geetha (not sure if I am spelling it correctly) I demanded to speak to a Supervisor and she kept me on mute / hold for 20 MINUTES ???? does it really take 20 minutes to speak to a damn supervisor in your company. Now this is what I call a pure PATHETIC customer service. After speaking to Amit Kumar TL he asked me to send the screen shot of the online screen which showed that It will apply the NAV for 17-Oct. And here it is attached. I want a proper explanation of my full complaint with regards to your website, your staff(Harvinder Singh and Geetha) Next I want to get all my units redeemed at todays 18-Oct NAV OR I need a compensation to what I had to go through. This is purely your mistake and I will not take this financial loss because of your mistake. Give me any dividend or bonus units???
