I want help The person are talk with me misbehave and he say that i will put you in jail and destroyed your carrer if not pay me the amount. They want 15000but for why Sir pls help me in this situation He say that of you not pay the court notice is arrived for that you want to pay 50000 Plz help how i can out from this problem They have my adhr card photo and sign Pls help me??? You people don't worry ok. they are fraud and fake companies like evaston technologies, ston technologies, asian technologies . many people have been traped and asking money. you don't worry and block their contacts. i too the same problems like you. i have started the job 5 of april. but, they fail my qc report. asking money i block all their contacts and mail for a temporary. now i am not getting any calls and also mails . plz don't communicate with them ok.

They compelled me to pay charges 5600 so that they will extend my time. But utility amount in agreement is 5200 and now they say 5600. And their client is also not pick up the phone. Please anyone give me proof that they are fraud so that i will not pay charges

second thing i want to let you know that company is 100% genuine as we provide you agreement which gives you all the term and condition bound . Also call verification had been done between you and company from company side to again aware you terms and condition
1) We at the team are just informing you that as per the term and conditions of the contract you need to pay the outstanding amount. Paying or Not Paying is your decision.
2) We can send the legal notice to you for recovering our dues also which we are doing.
3) NEXT step is to appoint an arbitration as per the contractual term and condition which we soon be concluded and same would be send to the person who has not paid the amount. You can consult the lawyer for the same.
4) We can file a Summary Suit under Order 37, as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 in tribunal court of law, Surat and the procedure will be there after.
I dont want to behave like immature persons. We are proceeding as per our legal guidance in the court of law. I personal dont care for what you are writing online because when the proof will be asked in black and white, we have all the email communication, Your call verification before the work was issued about explaining T&C of contract and accepted Digital online agreement, Valid under IT Acts.

The company is fully fraud they take money and dont give u back the salary amount back I have paid 8000 but still I dint get any amount back full fraud.a small amount ruined my life and my kids r suffering from scarcity of food in this pathetic condition my husband left me and I lost all sorts of family's help. I couldn't afford to pay my mother's hospital bills so I left her dying der and came back little amount for which I had work if at all came I hve helped my family but this amount and company ruined my life very bad o[censored] people very bad fraud company.
