Strategy Infocom — didn't get payment after submission of work

I got my first workload on 14 th march 2019 after registration. I paid 369 rupees and i have to submit it on 15 march. I have submitted my work before time but i didnt get any reply from them regarding my first payment. I had sent more than 6 e mails but they didn't reply for the one. While registration they told that after submission of work payment done within half hour but now it's more than 15 hours are gone. They didn't reply for the single email. Please take action against this.
