Stray Animals — Against stray dogs residing in the Building

We are the residents at 44/45/3, Sitanath Bose Lane, Salkia/Howrah - 711106 and would like to lodge a complaint against some stray dogs residing in the building, staying at stairs the dogs have been blocking the way for us, keep barking at night, my cousin suffered from allergy because of an allergic-ill dog too in the building and the dogs have been having skin problems creating allergy. Therefore for the betterment of dogs as well as my family, we request you to pick up the dogs from the building and do something about the situation.
