Stray Animals — Stray Dogs in the area

I am resident of B Block Kitchlu Nagar Ludhiana. There are 6-8 stray dogs in our area which are creating a lot of nuisance. They start barking around 12pm and don’t stop until the wee hours of night. It is very disturbing. They sit on the cars hood in the morning. I request you to take action ASAP.
