Stray Dogs — complaining about the street dogs

I shubham jha resides at old panchwati colony here the street dogs makes our living too hectic to survive as these street dogs runs behind, several times barks on us and even bite some us.
As near ones was used to them so they even care, and help them feed with milk, biscuits and many other things.
It's been quite impossible to resist with the situation.
Please help us as soon as possible.
