Dear Sir
I want to bring in your notice that we are having problem with
the stray dog just staying in ground floor flat. It troubles the garbage collector boy and delivery persons. Now the carbage collector boy refusing to pick the carbage . Usually keep barking and attempt to bite them. Today also the incident happen when I saw a person running to protect himself, while he was searching for someone flat and same thing had happened earlier also. When I asked ground floor
Owner to either tie him or do some necessary action, he totally refuse and tell me that it does not belong to him and asked me if I have problem call MCD to take action and took him away.
