Stray Dogs — Street Dogs issue

Respected Sir,
There are 7 ~ 8 dogs in our street and day by day it's increasing. Also there are going to bite every person who is crossing the street. Due to this our kids are scarred.
VERY URGENT ACTION REQUIRED.
