Stray Dogs — Too many troubling stray dogs

I'm from Saraswati Nagar, Saidabad, Hyderabad. Here, the stray dogs are troubling everyone and increasing their number everyday. It's really scary to step outside especially with babies and elderly people. Please do the needful at the earliest.
