I am resident of 52B K block NIT 5 Faridabad. Today evening I and my 2 year baby was roaming on the street suddenly neighbours dog jump on my 2 year baby While saving her from the dog. Dog bite on my left hand shoulder. But dog owner did not take any action still his pet dog is freely roaming on the street. Please Kindly action.
