[Resolved]  Street Dogs — Stray dogs torture

Hi sir/madam,

I am Sumit live in Sister Nivedita Road, Thakurpukur, Kolkata of late our streets are filled with Stray dogs and they are making our society living a hell as we are afraid of going out of home as because of their biting and scratching.

So, I request to send some dog catchers in our area so that we can live peacefully.

Kindly do the needful.
