It is here to inform all the concern authorities that i shivam kapoor residents of 11ward sachi sarkar panipat i want to tell you that in our street their are 8dogs in a small street who bites so many times to people passing on that way we all society members requests uhh that to take an action on street dogs we got much disturbed nd we felt not safe
