Street Dogs — Horrendous threat from stray dogs

Sir/madam,
This is regarding stray dogs issue in our area. We’ve been suffering with them as they were increased in number. We cannot walk at all during nights. No peace at all especially at nights bcoz of the noise as their number is high. Please address this issue, they are increasing quickly.
