Street Dogs — I'm complaining about dogs in our street and owners who are hinding that dogs in their home

Sir, I'm from Ramalayam street opposite dharga near highway, bujabuja nellore. Sir, here lots of dogs minimum 15 dogs getting together disturbing at nights and they attacking while walking or while moving on bike all are street dogs. Here some people encourage the dogs, last your people come to resolve issue, that fellows keep their all dogs in house after your people walk out then he send out dogs.. It's more dangerous than other street dogs. Please help us beware of dogs. Sir this is really annoying that we didn't even had good sleep since many months, we have babies, children they are scared by that street dogs. Please please resolve this issue.
