Street Dogs — I'm complaining about street dog torture

Hi sir/madam, We're living in Sidco nagar, 54th street, Villivakkam, Chennai. One street dog is there, it seems like rashes in it's body and it's trying to bite people in our area. We are living with old people and children here. Kindly take an action for this.
