Street Dogs — In my colony, there are so many street dogs

My colony address: balaji hills colony, phase 1, street no 3&4, boduppal, hyderabad.

I am raising this request because of my dogs are barking and crying day and night everyday. We are unable to sleep at nights. Small children are unable to cross the roads.
I request you to please take some action towards our complaint.
