Street Dogs — Increased street dog population in area

Hi team, This is in regardz of street dogs population in my area Baghpat gate, pattey wali gali near maqsood ali chowk. Here are lots of dogs roam around in lane due to which we are unable to go outside even in early morning. They do spread all litters over road nd in front of doors.They do not even pass the public and start barking and biting. Kindly remove all dogs from our area.
