With due respect i want to attract your attention towards the issue of Street Dogs in our area Rajguru Nagar (Block-A) Ludhiana. Many dogs are roaming freely making it difficult for walk around. They bark whole day and night and are causing disturbance to our locality & Its very scary for kids.
