Street Dogs Problem — street dogs torture

Hi sir,
Increase in the number of street dogs in our area from past 10 days.. We are getting lot of noise pollution and unable to sleep at night. They are wild and chasing the people. Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
They are continuously making noise during nights, due to this the people are suffering from lack of sleep.
It's very disturbing
