Street Dogs — Problems because of street dogs

I reside in Viram khand 1, Gomtinagar, near Deva Place and want to complain about street dogs. There are around 15 to 20 street dogs near and around our house and they neither let us cross them nor they let us sleep peaceful. They are giving birth to new pups every two months and are replicating in number. One of them had bit many society children also. They have made our park their own toilet and it stinks. Please capture them and take them from here. Please remove them.
