I'm resident of majherapara, kestopur, BH block, I am looking for HELP to catch street stray dogs, in this locality huge street dogs make kids and older life terrible here they keep roaming and barking whole day and night, there almost more than 20 dogs just nearby this place and they keep barking whole night, pls help. or give any contact number where to complain
