Street Dogs — Stay Dogs at apartments

There are two stray dogs in our apartments which started staying here in the last two months. Both dogs tend to bleed leaving blood strains on floor where children are playing. Both these dogs are constantly howling during nights allowing no one to sleep. Moreover they are damaging bike seats and Car hoods by climbing and sleeping over them. Requesting to remove these dogs from the locality and leave the at city outskirts please
