Street Dogs — Street animals

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am residing near MORE supermarket lane, Madhuranagar .
I m a student, while I m going to Reading room at 6AM daily there are many street dogs wandering and barking around me .
Me and my friends are facing a lot of trouble due to this. These dogs are wild and chasing the people, and very problamatic in night times also.
So, Please kindly look into this issue and oblige.
