Street Dogs — street dogs barking and biting kids

Shaili garden area near boddu kamalamma function hall has a pack of dogs which scares away the residents and keep barking whole night disturbing sleep of the residents.. They scare away the kids and bites often. Some looks infected all over the body. They come in the bldg vicinity and poops all over. Kindly take action and avoid spread of diseases. Hope ghmc would interfere and sort this problem. Thanks in advance
