Street Dogs — Street Dogs disturbing colony people

There are 7-8 street dogs in our colony, which are barking at people and they move in groups and try to bite bikers and walking citizens and they even enter into houses and bites the seat covers and shoes of the house owners which lead to there financial loss, PLEASE SEND A DOG CATCHING VAN
