Street Dogs — Street Dogs Nuisance and Headache

There are around 7 dogs entering into the flats even though the gates are locked. They just bang and open the gates...As there is a continuous sounds of dog barking at midnight inside the flats we are unable to sleep...People cannot walk through the street...So please concern our request and do the necessary things to prevent us as it would be really helpful...
