Street Dogs — Street dogs nuisance issue

I am living in
No.07, Balaji Nagar,
Near mathuvilaku police station, kovilpalayam, devampalayam.
Coimbatore .

Near to my resident home 5 street dogs are there. They are fed by my neighbor. Me and my family can't using the street, they continuosly chasing us and trying to bite us. We don't have any other way to go outside.
All these dogs create public nuisance to my family and Public.
They continuously bark one or the other sometimes they bite.
Making Public nuisance and disturbed us. Please take immediate action for this problem.
