Street Dogs — sudden increase of street dogs

I'm a resident of bc 192, salt lake, sector 1, kolkata-700064. The sudden increase in street dogs is appalling. The dogs attack the passerbys including us the residents. It has become difficult for us to move and once i had to take a broom stick out to protect myself. It has reached its limits by attacking on one of my kittens and eating her. We would be highly obliged if you could remove them.
