Street Dogs — Too many street dogs dangerous

There are too many street dogs residing in ashok nagar gali . These dogs keep barking and fighting 24*7 disturbing peace of people residing their and kids who play in their sreets. They do not evel let sleep anyone amd keep barking and fighting which creates too much noise pollution and i cant sleep because of them . So please take them to somwhere suitable place etc.
