Street Lights — no street light in the huge human loose occurred area

The area in kakinada where they are a number of robberies, chain snatching, killing for money etc was registered does not have a minimum facility of street light where most of the residents live. The area is suresh nagar and till today the street lights are not provided from the rto office junction to the opdss security office. Because of this many of the residents quit their habit of walking in the evening so that they will be no security or vision even if a crime scene happens as there will be no chance of seeing his/her face in the dark.
So i request the authority to facilitate the street lights so that there will a small hope in at least identifying the criminal in the case of occurrence or in identifying the crime in that area.
