Street Style Stalk — No Refund given in lieu of two pairs of shoes not made despite repeated reminders

3pairs of shoes ordered and paid through Credit App Rs. 3150/-.
Two pairs returned as not fitted in.

Instead of refunding, a credit voucher issued and am unable to order due to website not working and phone number is temporarily switched off.

I need my refund back
