I placed an order with Street style stalk on 1st may and I've not received it till now. Ive been emailing and trying to contact them but the store no longer exists and the contact no. Is also invalid. I want my refund back. This is soo unethical and unfair to people. This company is robbing people.

I had ordered a pair of sandals and the order was not delivered...I kept messaging them on WhatsApp to which they responded saying the product is out of stock and they will be delivering it as soon as it is back in stock ..I kept waiting and everytime I enquire they give the same response that product is out of stock...i believed them ...today i randomly checked their website and found that the product is very much in stock...i questioned them and they stopped responding to my messages...I have been cheated...I asked them for a refund and they haven't responded to that too... please never ever buy things from the website streetstylestalk ...you will lose your money ... please take strict action against these fraudsters and pull down their website so that we can save people from falling into their trap ...

3pairs of shoes ordered and paid through Credit App Rs. 3150/-.
Two pairs returned as not fitted in.

Instead of refunding, a credit voucher issued and am unable to order due to website not working and phone number is temporarily switched off.

I need my refund back

I placed order 888553 ordering 3 pairs of shoes. Had to refund two pairs as did not fit.
Refund voucher raised instead.

Now unable to place order as website not available/working and phone temporarily switched off.

I need refund of money

I have ordered two products at 18th December 2022. One product got delivered, But there is no update regarding another item. It's been almost 3 months but still I did not get any dispatch information about my another product ( SKU : S-DR1013-XS).
There is no option to cancel this product.
Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis.

I ordered a product which is the worst quality product received, on which I wanted to return. I tried contacting the phone numbers none responds.

Never trust this website Street Style Stalk. I had requested for an exchange since a month back they didn’t even bother to reply. Such a cheap website. Atleast refund my money back.

Cheated, I ordered a pair of heels in October 2022 month. even didn't received my order after one month of purchase. Since I cancelled my order in middle of November and for refund. For that I wrote multiple times e-mails and called to customer care, but got disappointment. Never issued refund

I had bought a pair of shoes from street style stalk about a month ago. However I did not like it and decided to return it. It’s been over a month today that I have retured the product they did not have the option of refund so I ordered for a credit note and I have ordered two pairs from that. I have been sending emails and writing to them personally on their number but has not been able to Deliever my product as of right now. And I am disgusted by this website. Hoping to atleast get my money back that I have spent on this website. I feel they have robbed my money and these people are fraud

It's been days since l have ordered l have still not received my product, please take some action

I have bought three tops @1024+delivery charge, And all of the three tops were very poor quality. We cannot even use those as inside the home as well.

Iam so disappointed such a dumb team u have at your end that I told them several time that I need to fly on 23 rd him plz change my dress size . First they took 4 days to update the packet picked from my house then now they now are saying they have shipped but I will receive it in 6 to 9 days . Plz refund my amount in my account immediately as I don’t want to take anything from u guys with such a bad team

I have received the wrong product which was totally different from the picture they have shown. After the return process has been done they kept on saying it will take 10 to 15 days and keep me waiting it has been more than that still i haven't received yet . Are they not concern about the customer? Seriously it was a worst experience with Street style stalk. I don't want to rate even 1 star.

I ordered three tops from streetstylestalk.com(company's website)
I returned one of it as I didn't like it. They have only 5 days return policy and I returned it before within 5 days. I received tracking id from a courier service as well. Hence I was keeping a track on the returned product status. I was checking it from courier agency and company's website. It was showing as delivered on courier tracker but it took a week to reflect that received status on company's website.

Also I didn't receive any update about returned product. Hence I called customer care, but the customer care support is for specific hours on working days and hence couldn't connect.
I called customer care in their working time, and their bot asked me to put an email about this issue.

Hence I wrote an email mentioning all the details with order id, product SKU and the issue I faced. Next day I received a response, in which they've provided a coupon as a credit note and asked me to consider the same as refund, and asked me to use that coupon for my next purchase.

I replied to that mail, saying that I don't wish to buy anything and I need my refund back and they can destroy a provided coupon.

But no luck yet.

I have ordered a dress from Street Style Stalk, That got delivered too late with such a poor quality product. and when i tried to return the product, it is not reflecting in the order list.

I ordered a pair of shoes for 600 bucks, and the quality was so bad that my feet were hurting while I was trying them. Then after that, I am not even getting a full refund for my shoes. Pls, don't buy from this site, worst service ever....

Worst site. If a customer doesn't like the product they can't return the product plus can't exchange their product with another.
I cancelled the product but delivery person come again and again at my door for delivery I placed everywhere I don't need product but no action taken from street style and at the end I have to take delivery.

I have returned the product due to its product quality, and It is been more than a month, I have not received my refund amount, I was continuously in touch with their support, and they were bluffing me since the very start, first they said, I will get the payment within 15 to 20 working days, after 20 days I again emailed them with a message that I had not received any refund, they again said they proceeded it and I will get it in 5-7 days, after almost 10 days I again emailed, this time they said they will get back to within 72 hours and its been more than 4 days I have not heard anything from them. Feeling cheated and disappointed, that just to get a refund I have been doing this.

This is a fraudulent company . do not buy any product from them. I ordered a co-ord set from them . The product got delivered after a month and that to of such a poor quality .
The have no refund policy . They just reply as standard mail on going back on refund .

I placed an order on 28th June and till today 11th July I have not listened anything from them and whenever I try to check order status it is showing preparing for dispatch. I dont know what kind of dispatch they are preparing for last 14 days and when I try to raise a query on their app they register a ticket and i get a msg on pop up window with ticket number saying u will get a call within 24-48 hours which I never got

Gentleman, please refrain buying from this site as they have very poor refund the replacement policy. Further the website is very shaken website look. Indeed a very dissapointing and surprise experience.

I didn't satisfaction to my items size is not fit one foot size is big and other one is small so how to return my items

Hello, I received my parcel a few days back and It's been returned also on 20/03/2021 but the status has not changed in the app, it is still showing order confirmation from your end. The quality of the order was pathetic, I didn't even wear that product it was so horrible, however, I requested a return and refund. The delivery guy has picked up the parcel but I haven't received any update regarding the refund. Contact me asap for the refund otherwise, I will post details on Social Media that how useless is your service as well as the quality of the products.

There is not even a customer care number to whom we contact you.
