I ordered a saree through online after going through the ad catalogue. The saree I ordered and the saree I got are not the same. In terms of material it claimed soft silk for which I was charged 1200 rs and what got was some cheap paper cloth material. The design was not the same too.
Then I tried calling stribhava customer care number which is[protected].
The phone number is fake. The call ends immediately without ringing. I tried the ecom website with the tracking number provided. It continuously says the number does not exist.
I was lost and stuck with a bad product that the company did not want to stand by. This is a big dent in my trust on online shopping.
Also there are fake customer care numbers in the name of this company which are [protected], [protected]
The people who respond to this number lead the agitated consumer to tell their cvv of the credit card number.
