I had ordered a product (Product code - ss105) from the site. I recvieved delivery two days back and was recieved by my family member. On opening i found that the product was not the same as shown on the site and the quality was much more inferior didn't satisfy me! I want to initiate returnof the product but the customer service number seem to be off all day long! No reply for the mails i have done but i had no option except complaining about thid to you! Please take a legal action asap!
