I would highly recommend everyone not to buy from this crap company. This has happened second time with us. They will deduct money from the paid amount and thats how they are running their business.
This never happens that courier facility is taking the courier back without informing the customer without giving him a call. i never refused take the courier that to it was a prepaid order.

The onus or blame or responsibility of the same does not lie with us.
As per policy once the consignment is returned back to us due to customer not being available, the same will be re-shipped or refund issued.
This also has already been informed to the customer and the company is both obliged to and looking forward to fulfilling all that is expected of them as per policy.
However a request to take blame for fault of customer is not what is in our hands.
