first of all.. the site provides only one customer care number that too is a mobile number. They dont pick up calls more than half the number of times and sometimes they cut your calls. Yes! They cut your calls. Not only this, for about two days after ordering and paying the full amount no order details or tracking code was sent. After constant calls and emails when they finally responded with the tracking code..it dint work! The website says codes may take upto 24 hours before reflecting online but it took way longer !finally The shipment got delayed than the promised date! Not only this..when you send them an email complaining about this, They sent me a insulting rude email back saying this wud b the last email they wud be sending me..do whatever you can" extremely poor customer care! Very rude and the products are not delivered at the promised dates. Not recommended at all.

As per policy once the consignment is returned back to us due to customer not being available, the same will be re-shipped or refund issued.
This also has already been informed to the customer and the company is both obliged to and looking forward to fulfilling all that is expected of them as per policy.
However a request to take blame for fault of customer is not what is in our hands.
